The item has some scratches and small cosmetic wear, but fully operational and functional in pretty good condition. We have tested all channel knobs, faders and in/outputs works fine.
This unit was made for the Japanese market which runs on 100 volts. User may required to use a step down transformer on the area 120V ~ 240V.
